the staff accused me of overstaying even though i paid for a late checkout. When I asked her to check in the system because I didn't take a picture she said I lied. Once she found out that I really paid for it she never apologized as well.

I didn’t like the first interaction with the care takers. Was asking for help since I’m not really comfortable on where we are staying but they are mad because I’m trying to upgrade room or ask for help since one of our room key card wasn’t working and one of the lady said that we can take care of it ourselves instead and don’t bother them in Tagalog, but I think she didn’t know i was also a Filipino that I understood what she said. It’s so offensive that they don’t even care about your guests.
