“it has the sense of it’s in the middle of the city, transportation was easy especially by bus, there’s near bus station. by MRT takes a bit of walk and by Grab Car they can only stopped in front of the hotel at night time, because there’s bus lane in front of the hotel. it takes only 1km walk if you want to go to Merlion Statue. and you can keep your luggage there before the check in time 👌🏼”

“Staff was responsive via Booking.com message, I let them know I was going to arrive late to arrange my check in, they provided information how to get to the hostel with the train, however when I arrived the door was locked (it was late so is completely understandable) however they did not send any instructions how to get inside, thankfully I had internet to contact them when I was by the door however if I did not have it I believe I would be waiting there till morning. I only saw someone at the reception on my day for my check out. So there is nobody around if you need to l ask anything. Check in and check out was done online. I am going to be honest and say I missed more clarity about not having people around if you need anything”
