But I initially went in, I was holding many things in my hand. It was only 10 minutes left’ And then when it’s already 3pm, I came there to the counter. Tired and just want to sleep, SLEEP. The staff took her own time, pressing the computer, was just telling me about how full the rooms are, taking her own sweet time (LATE) you already made me wait. She was in a way rude and lacking of common sense”
