The biggest problem we had was our first stay in this unit... we came in at 11pm at night and around 1pm there was an insane amount of construction noise. I question the staff and they offered earplugs but it was beyond earplug capability. It was like someone was jack hammering right beside our room.”

“The size is challenging for 2 people with their bags since its even hard just to change clothes are move around each other get to the bags. We had the bunk bed version. We also were given just 1 card so that meant fan turned off when one person wasn't in the room since they needed the card to reenter. That limited my daughter's ability to sleep. Having a curtain to pull across each bed would have been helpful to reduce light when the other person is still awake.”
