So I sent an email to ask the hotel as a way to contact them, but the reply was at 10:30 a.m. the next day. I have traveled to many countries around the world where I don't know anyone. At that time, I was able to immediately connect with the hotel via WhatsApp and ask for advice if I had any problems. If the hotel does not have staff on-site, I would have felt reassured if you showed us a way to contact them immediately like that.”
